What are your hours of operation?

Office hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm with emergency out of hours contact between: 7:00am – 8:00am & 4:00pm– 22:00pm and all day weekends Care hours: 7:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Sunday
Which areas do you cover?

We cover all areas inside the dotted line, however, if you are not in an area we currently provide for but feel we have the right services for you then please get in touch and we can arrange a consultation.
Are you regulated by a governing body?

Yes, we are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We have a 'GOOD' rating with CQC and you can see our report here
